In an effort to do our part in stopping the spread of the Novel Coronavirus, we closed all of our regional and on-site offices to walk-in traffic the week of March 16th. I watched our building go up. We have been through many management companies over the years. When Campbell management came back after removing another company the board made a very wise decision. Our latest onside manager Robin is a ten. When you are dealing with 460 unit owners many with problems of one sort or the other, it's nice to know that Robin will give her all to try and resolve the problem. She follows up and does not stick her head in the sand as other on site managers did in the past. As someone who has served on the board years ago and observes our present board who are doing a great job like our president who works hand in hand with Robin we have cut down on problems that face our condo's. Hats off to Robin and I hope she stays here for many years to come, after all this is only her second year at our facility and it's a great pleasure to have her working for us. Sincerely, Steve Richard Pero 15:49 26 Jan 17 I asked Rick and Janet from Campbell Management to fix a group of Stone Pavers in front of my apartment which had been pushed up by an over grown root and I was afraid that someone would trip over them. Management immediately fixed the problem and I was extremely happy to note that all went well. Safety, was there number one concern for the members of Coral Lakes. Glad to have them on board. Great attention to detail. Louis Moroff 14:52 19 Sep 17 Steve was at our property in advance of the hurricane to advise residents to prepare for the hurricane. When the hurricane subsided on Monday morning he was at the property at around 8:00 AM, telephoned me and then met with me to review the clean up procedure that we were entitled to per our Clean Up Agreement with our Landscape company. He immediately was in touch with the Landscape company and made certain that roadways in and out of the Palms were cleared and that the individual driveways at all homes were cleared. He was at the property during that clean up period which was completed early on Monday and he then continued to work with the landscape company to begin the clean up. He was constantly in touch with me to keep me informed of what was being done. As president of the homeowners association I am impressed with his caring attitude as well as the time and effort he is devoting for our welfare. He is doing an excellent job as our Property Manager. This is our third community with an HOA and Nadia is by far the most efficient and approachable property manager we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Ken Joseph 14:10 30 Aug 17 Our building is very lucky to have a cam such as Sam Fast. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. His professionalism and people skills are exemplary. All of the vendors that we deal with consider him one of the best in the business. I could not imagine another cam as our property manager. Janet Ellis at The Hamlet does such an Amazing job handling the property, but specifically during the aftermath of this last hurricane. The entire property initially lost power and she was able to coordinate with security and keep things running extremely smooth and safe. She was out there helping move tree limbs from roadways to keep them clear as well as roaming the neighborhood to make sure everyone got the help they needed. She really went above and beyond for our community during the this time as she always does. We are lucky to have her as our property manager.
